Hemp Ban FAQs

When does the federal hemp ban take effect?

Friday, December 11, 2026. At this point in time, we will continue selling up until this date. If anything changes, we will be sure to let you know.

The federal definition of hemp is being rewritten. Any hemp product with more than 0.4 mg of total THC per container will no longer count as legal hemp. This essentially wipes out the majority of hemp products containing trace amounts of THC.

All of our products that contain THC, including our drops and gummies, as well as all THCa flower. The only products that are safe are our CBD products.

Currently, the last day to order will be around December 10. However, due to high volume and potential fulfillment delays, we may have to make the date sooner. Items run the risk of stocking out, so you're best to start stocking up now.

All THC subscriptions will pause on December 11. In case the ban gets delayed, we recommend not canceling your subscription so that you're the first to get product the moment we start shipping again. You can switch to a CBD product anytime from your account, and we'll email you before anything changes. CBD subscriptions keep going as usual.

All expiration dates are located on the product. Most of our products have an expiration date of 2 years from production. Some customers may consider freezing their product to extend shelf life.

Possibly, only if Congress passes a new law before December 11. That's why your voice matters. Contact your representatives, and we'll post any update here first.
